When is the Parade of Homes?
The 46th Annual Parade of Homes will be held October 1 - 4th. 6 new homes and 1 remodeled home will be open to visit in person to all ticket holders. The original Parade of Homes scheduled for June was released online with virtual tours available in late June. To view the virtual tours, click here. -

Where do I pick up the Parade of Homes magazine?
The Home Inspirations Magazine is distributed throughout the Chippewa Valley and is available to pick up at Royal Credit Union locations in Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls and Menomonie. It's also available at our office at 4319 Jeffers Road, Eau Claire. You can view it online. -
Where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets are $8 through September 30th or $10 after September 30th. Tickets are available on this website (click on Tickets); at Royal Credit Union offices in Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls and Menomonie; and at our office (4319 Jeffers Road, Eau Claire). We are asking that only people 16 years and older visit this houses this year. -
Are the Parade Homes for sale?
Most of the Parade Homes are custom built for a specific homeowner, however each year a few homes are built as spec homes and may be available for purchase. If the home is for sale it will be indicated on the house’s information. What is the Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association?
The Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association’s mission is to build a better area housing industry through promotion, advocacy and education. We are a membership-driven organization with around 380 members in the building, remodeling and related industries. We provide opportunities for members to grow and be successful in business along with opportunities for the public to gain education and learn more about the housing industry. Our two signature events are the Parade of Homes and the Home & Garden Show. -
