Home Highlights

This charming home was in need of an updated kitchen and a better use of the space. A reworked floor plan that spanned the original home and a past addition allows for an eat-in kitchen and drop zone without sacrificing countertop and cabinet space. The old dining area (hallway) became a bonus area of extra storage and coffee area with plenty of circulation room. The master bedroom entrance was also moved to allow for a better cabinet plan.

The white cabinets feature white quartz and surround a blue island topped in butcher block for function and style. An oversized peninsula provides ample storage and counter space that doubles as dining seating. A corner previously unused now has a bench and storage for a small mudroom that blends in with the rest of the kitchen. Updating and adding lighting completes this remodel that will last for years to come.
